$85 Vendor Fee
Each vendor will receive one 8-foot table and two chairs for a vendor fee of $85 per table, providing an excellent opportunity to showcase and market your one-of-a-kind products.
This is an outdoor event. We will host the majority of the vendors under our outdoor tent, as a first come first serve basis, then additional vendors will be on the grass. Vendors are welcome to bring their own tent; however, tent dimensions must be submitted in advance so we can coordinate an organized floor plan. In the event of poor weather, vendors will be notified 48 hours in advance if the event is moved indoors.
Each vendor space measures approximately 8 ft x 7 ft and includes an 8-foot table draped in white linen. A name card with your business name will be placed at your table to assist with setup and assignments. If you require any accommodations, please let us know in advance.
Vendors may receive $10 off the vendor fee by donating a raffle prize with a minimum value of $30. We will create professional display cards for each raffle basket so guests can learn more about your business—an excellent marketing opportunity. Raffle baskets must be complete and ready at drop-off. Vendors will receive the $10 credit at the time of basket drop-off. Raffle item drop-off deadline: April 25, 2026.
Parking is limited to one vehicle per vendor table. Please plan to carpool if you are bringing a second person. Vendors are asked to park along the green wall adjacent to the neighboring car wash.
Submission does not guarantee acceptance. Selected vendors will receive a confirmation email along with a payment link.
Please note: Vendor fees are non-refundable once payment has been submitted.
